How can I monitor my progress:

With all the hard work that your putting into exercising and eating right.

Try and find an accurate way to keep track of your progress.

Getting on a scale, I know it's not everyone's favourite thing to do, it is one of the ways that you can monitor how much weight you have lost.

But if weighing your self is a bit to much out of your comfort zone, then monitor your progress by looking into the mirror or seeing how your cloths fit.
