How do I stay committed to working out:

Updated: Oct 23, 2020

One of my newest clients has in 5 weeks lost two inches from her waist, 3% of her body fat percentage, and almost 10 pounds:

The important part is that she has done it all in a balanced way.

While most people don’t usually get results this fast.

results are not impossible, and you don’t have to starve yourself or follow extreme exercise methods.

One of the key things that I have found in her mindset and behavior's is that she is on track all the time.

This doesn’t mean that she is dieting 24/7.

It means, instead, that she thinks about her whole life not just weekdays.

A common mistake that people make when they start a lifestyle change is to approach it from a difficult mindset, in which they are either on track or off track.

this leads to being good on weekdays and bad on weekends.

Positive change happens when you see yourself as being in mostly one mode and that mode is you being on track all the time.

It Includes everything of balanced eating behavior's the smoothies and the ice cream are part of the same diet, not two different settings.

When you start to see your whole life as an unbroken pattern of behavior's instead of as on track or off track.

you will then get a chance to see the bigger picture and reach the goals that you really want from health and fitness.
