Drinking sugary drinks like fizz, juice, and alcohol are one of the worst things that you could put inside your body when you are trying to lose weight.
They are high in calories and have no nutrients.
Even though they contain a lot of calories they don't satisfy your hunger so you still end up having to eat a meal, which then doubles the calories you take in.
Sugarless fizz isn't any better.
When you drink diet drinks you have a harder time losing weight plus the companies add loads of chemicals to them.
