What should you not eat after a workout:

There's nothing wrong with having a snack after a hard workout because your body will need to restore back some energy after burning calories.

Try not to let your snack go over 150 calories.

Fruits are a really good choice because they will give you all the energy you will need to continue your day.

A lot of fruits are high in fibre this needs to be your new best friend.

Fibre is really good for getting you through to your next meal.

A hand full of nuts is another good option and contains fibre also.
