Well not necessarily.
15 minutes of high-intensity interval training that is also know as (HIIT) where you do quick bursts of exercise pushing your self to the limit for 1 minute and then carrying on the exercise at a fast walk pace for 2 minutes and then on the 2nd minute follows another quick burst of exercise for 1 minute.
This can be far more effective than jogging slowly for 1 hour.
Make sure you keep repeating the pattern for 15-20 minutes
