Choose three days and times that suite you best and stick with them so that you are working out at the same time each week.

Choose from activities such as walking, cycling, running, swimming, weightlifting, boxing, skating, dancing, golf, tennis and football.
You wanna be Starting with as little as 10 minutes per session and slowly build up to at least 30 minutes per workout.
